- Raised on a ranch south of Abilene, Texas. Caught wild bulls and water buffalos on the open range of the Northern Territory (1965-68). Managed a cattle ranch in Western Australia (1970-72). Currently on the board of Boulder Creek Farms, operating a 3600 acre ranch near Marble Falls, Texas with emphasis on outdoor recreation and longhorn cattle. Environmental consultant assisting others to comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
